Email Data: To provide the Service, we process cold email replies that are sent to InboxSDR via webhook integrations with platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, and EmailBison. This includes the content of email replies, sender information, timestamps, and associated metadata. We use this data solely to power the Service's AI reply, intent scoring, and follow-up features.


Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, browser type, device type, IP address, and referring URLs.


Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. This may include anonymized browsing behavior, session duration, and traffic sources.
